"A great place for a short stay. Overall we were very pleased!"

Very good rate. The location was very convenient for an early morning departure flight. There was a very nice restaurant just around the corner. Getting into the property was very easy and convenient. Off-street parking was great. Beds were comfortable, Heating systems worked great. Showers were good with plenty of hot water. Private and very quiet except for the neighborhood rooster.

Sofa sleeper has a broken side, but still worked OK as a bed. The shelves above the twin beds are low and one person bumped their head when getting up at night. A rooster started crowing at 3:00 am.

"Perfect family layover near FCO"

Location. Modern. Spacious for 4 adults and 1 kid. 2 bathrooms: useful. Close to everything including the airport. Very responsive and helpful host. Parking inside the gate.

"Recommend for airport transit or stay in Fiumicino."

Self check in service is simple and understandable. Location is good for a short stay when transiting FCO. Big enough for a family with kids.

The entrance door needs to be fixed a bit. And coffee from the machine was cold for some reason, may be we did something wrong. The rest is Ok. Thank you.

Property is extremely good value for what is being offered. The house is clean, well stocked, and everything you need is provided, including water and coffee. The house is also very clean which makes for a relaxing stay. Private parking is also guaranteed which was important for us.

The location was good and close to the airport. The host was also very nice!

The room air plug in smells were very strong, so we removed them. Also the rooster starting to crowing in the morning started around 5:00 am.
