The Icon - Lujo con Vistas al Mar

The apartment was spacious and modern. The appliances were new. Interior well furnished and the air con worked very well. The main terrace was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The wifi was also very fast.

Host did not respond to to many queries requesting earlier check-in. The kitchen was poorly equipped with only 3 mugs, no cork screw or bottle opener and no wine glasses. The sunshade on the roof terrace was broken. The electricity went off around 5 times each day and had to be reset. This powered off everything and got very frustrating. On day 3 the shower in one of the bathrooms leaked to the apartment below and we were told to stop using it so we only had one shower for 4 people. The garage remote didn't work and we had to park the car on the street. The outdoor lights on the block didn't work and neither did the gate login code. The shower drains were very rusty and the air vents hadn't been cleaned.

Köksutrustningen är en katastrof. Endast två temuggar, fyra plastglas som var i väldigt dåligt skick (spruckna och utslitna) Endast en kökskniv som var slö, vinglas fattades. Allt detta drar ner helheten det känns inte så trevligt att varken äta middag eller frukost med ofräscha köksredskap. Tur att vi bara var två personer annars hade vi måsta dela på dom två muggar som fanns.

No estaba muy limpio, en las sábanas encontramos unos calzoncillos que no eran nuestros, además éramos un grupo y en el baño solo había un rollo de papel higiénico que nos duró un día. Creo que el precio que se paga es bastante alto como para tener estos fallos.

The location is great, really close to the beach and the facilities are really nice. It is like the photos.
