Lovely, comfortable apartment. Modern, clean, great shower. Excellent keeping in touch from the hosts after booking was made. We needed to relax and that's exactly what we did.

Noisy neighbours on the 1st and 3rd, nights but that's nothing the hosts can do anything about, 3rd night was NYE but it was 1.30am! Wouldn't stop us visiting again so just to note: Bathroom would benefit from a toilet tissue holder. Would be handy to have some foil and cling film in the kitchen.

Good size 2 bed apartment which was perfect for our family of 4. We had a lovely stay and the apt was cosy and beautifully decorated. Excellent location with secure parking.

This apartment is very tastefully done up, and is also newly renovated with appliances. But the real luxury is the way the host has anticipated your every need and ensured you do not lack for anything, from minor details like salt and cooking oil and coffee pods in the kitchen to major things. His guide to Windermere and the lake District is a treasure and by itself is worth making the booking for. This is the intelligent person's place of stay in the lake district!

Was travelling with my wife, niece and nephew. The property a 2 bedroom flat had a spacious living room and fully operational kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and all cutlery and pots and pans. The kitchen was stocked with sugar, tea and coffee (an extremely pleasant surprise). The property itself was very tastefully furnished bordering the luxurious. Parking was provided, the neighbourhood was quiet and upmarket. It also had a vacuum, folding garden chairs, ironing board, etc. Can’t thing of anything that was not there. It is located in Bowness on Windermere so is closer to the sights (including the lake) and a walking distance to Windermere and the shops. Overall a superb property and far exceeded our expectations. Will actually I five is to go there once more

The 2nd bedroom was a bit on the smaller side which may be bit inconvenient for 2 couples. The property is on the first floor accessible via a staircase (not much of an issue except if there are big or heavy bags). These are very minor points but may be relevant for some travellers.

The property was modern and comfortable and the location was close enough to the lake, shops and restaurants. Even though we were surrounded by numerous properties we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was which for us was perfect.

The only slight negative is the late check in time.
