GBIt was very spacious for my family very clean had amusements on the site a large shop and club house the beach and hemsby arcade and shops about 15 minutes walk away

GBVery clean accommodation a loved holiday home you can tell. There were lots of games inside for the children, and it was lovely to see toilet roll hand wash and other useful bits on arrival.
Not much on site but great for what we needed it for.

It was only storage heaters for heating so was very cold most of the time as it would not warm up downstairs even with the heaters on there was a shop etc on site which none of them was open
GBWe couldn't have been happier. The quality of the property, along with the furniture etc was fantastic. The price and location was outstanding. It was truly home from home. It was by far the nicest place we have stayed in the UK. There was not one issue, everything was perfect Will 100% stay here again, can't actually wait to confirm a date and book again. Thank you so much x
