Very minor / trivial detail - the ring on which the keys are attached is large, making it difficult to close the lock box.

The friendly atmosphere and easy communication with the owners. Always available. Half way between the train station and the beaches, very clean, a nice terrace, washing machine and dishwasher.
A mirror in the bedroom would be appreciated
