"Won’t be staying again"

Location was fine

The owner of the caravan is very ignorant we paid a deposit of 75 pound we still waiting for the deposit back I’ve left messages and emails I won’t be using booking.com for caravans again it’s disgusting how I received my deposit from the owner the mattress toppers was filthy as well nd the beds stunk of urine
