L60, Two bedroom caravan - California Cliffs, Parkdean Resort, Scratby - Sleeps 6, bed linen, towels plus Wi-Fi included - Sorry no pets

I liked that the static caravan was well equipped with glasses, plates and cups and a microwave. The dvd player kept my son occupied on wet days. Decent selection of dvd’s were provided to watch and also kids books to read. I liked the park dean facilities and the staff were friendly and helpful. Lots for families to do. The beach which is gorgeous is nearby. We liked the park dean pool, it was warm and my son loved it. We also loved the local arcade and the burger bar. The fish and chip shop inside park dean was expensive but not the greatest.

The glasses were absolutely filthy. So was the cutlery drawer. The fridge was turned up too high and froze some of the food. The dishwasher doesn’t appear to have been cleaned ever. It regurgitated filthy stinking water through the sink plug. Plates hadn’t washed properly (stank after a cycle) I had to clean them myself by hand. Broken fan in the bedroom (which I had to try and reassemble myself) wobbly, creaky and noisy. Domestic drunken violence every night at 3am from a neighbouring cabin at 3am every night. Also dv in the street in the middle of the day with a member of park dean staff and her partner in the middle of the day., witnessed by my young son (shouting, screaming and squaring up to her) The beds could have been made up ready after a long, tiring journey. No wifi for the entire holiday. Someone else’s sheet left on the sofa bed and a pair of children’s pants and flannel in the bathroom cabinet. Light to main bedroom didn’t work. Patio chair broken. Sockets are loose in the living room. Don’t bother messaging the owner. They take your money and ignore you.

Very clean and the perfect size. Area is very quiet which is nice and you had everything you need for a stay.

The master bedroom was very comfy and the shower was double the size of a shower, you usually get in a caravan.

The settings were very uncomfortable and unfortunately even though you suggested to use the Wi-Fi and we paid for it, we could not get it all week.

Very spacious and clean caravan which was well equipped and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Good location on site which had excellent facilities.

After a long journey it would have been nice for the beds to have already been made up.

The property was absolutely beautiful, so modern,clean and in an amazing location ! I am already looking to book again!

We enjoyed the caravan. The availability and choice of takeaways and the restaurant.

The weather! We spent an evening in the entertainment hall and found the LED lighting on stage too bright.

Found some old jigsaw puzzle pieces in our room on check in that wasn’t ours, stain on duvet cover on check in
