Despite the property description indicating a separate bedroom, I was disappointed to find that the unit was not as advertised. During my second visit, the apartment lacked essential amenities such as a water dispenser and air purifier, which had been present on my initial visit. Additionally, the property owner attempted to shift blame to Booking.com instead of addressing my concerns directly.

The room is quite comfortable

I wanted to provide some feedback regarding our check-in experience. We informed the host of our arrival in Kuala Lumpur at around 12:30 pm and she reply that check-in was set for 2:30 pm which is totally understandable. So, I thought the host will give us the code at least at 2.30pm. However, when we requested the door code in advance and arrived at the apartment at 2:20 pm, we were left waiting for nearly 30 minutes without a response to our messages or calls. This caused some inconvenience as we were left uncertain about how to proceed and just wait at lobby. She doesn’t apologise at all. We understand that things can get busy, but a more timely response or an apology for the delay would have been greatly appreciated. :)

The room are very spacious for 4 people, clean and comfy. Overall all okay.

Would prefer to have slippers inside the toilet, and tissue at the dining area :)
