It is a high-rise building located in the city center. A big advantage is the very friendly security staff at the entrance. There is a door code, so you can check in at any time of the day. Thanks to the presence of security on the ground floor, I felt very safe in the building. An ideal place for a music lover, as the room was equipped with hundreds of CDs from various artists, along with a player to listen to them.

The apartment requires some maintenance and fixing of minor issues, such as blinds that don’t open, tightening the tap, etc. It could also benefit from a slightly higher standard of cleanliness. The biggest drawback was that there was no internet access during the entire stay.

Cleanliness, thanks to Dhang who maintains the room at its best. I love the space , it was very spacious for a family of 2-4. The unit is well designed and I am amazed there is a nice bath tub.

Het verblijf was ruim met twee slaapkamers en een woonkamer. Ook twee leuke zwembaden (met erg koud water) en prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Op de 17e verdieping met een kleine glijbaan. Op de 4e verdieping gewoon een groot, maar simpel bad.

Er hing een rare heftige geur in de badkamers. Ik weet niet of het gif was of door vochtproblemen of een hele vieze luchtverfrisser. Je zag ook dat er vochtproblemen waren aan de deuren.
