Your cleaning lady is very sad, the way your salary is not fair enough compare to her service. Hope you can find to have a heart to heart coversation with your Cleaning lady Dang. And I agree with her.

Whole place is good

Internet sucks. I had to work while staying here but couldn’t since there was an outage the night we stayed. Internet was too slow even if it was working. Hope they will upgrade it atleast cuz mobile data is low in the place as well.

The host is very accomodating and fufiled all our needs. We had 10 people, although it was quite a tight fit, it was managable for a few nights.

The air conditioning does not work in the lounge which made the room quite humid. The room above also has loud walking noise in the morning which was unpleasant. There was no blankets, only sheets as blankets.

A super comfortable apartment. Beautifully decorated. Equipped with everything you could ever need to spend a few days in Malate with your whole family. It even come with a bath tub and hot water from every tap.

We liked it all.

The unit itself is very comfortable and to our standards. It is fully furnished, and the master bedroom is fabulous with the city skyline view and master bathroom. The caretaker (Dhang) is super friendly and always ready to accommodate our needs. I will definitely come back and stay in this apartment next time I visit Manila.

The building itself is quite old and with an obscure smell. However, the apartment is a gem and absolutely fine.
