Wonderful place, excellent services!

De locatie was geweldig, je waant je ergens op het einde van de wereld. Violetta, de hosy, spreekt geen Engels, alles verloopt via google translate, maar dat heeft zijn charme. Ze is altijd in de weer en wil het beste voor de gasten. Je kan er lekker ontbijten en s avonds eten. Pannekoeken aanrader! We deden een mooie wandeling (7h met stops ingerekend) en mochten de hond Charlie meenemen. De kinderen vonden het geweldig. Berghut gevoel. Zeer proper. Het was een topervaring!!

Zoals iedereen wel schrijft: de weg er naar toe is een uitdaging (we deden 1h15 over 8 km), maar je kan ook een transfer aanvragen (wat we te laat zagen…), desondanks was de trip toch zeker de moeite waard. Tip: breng genoeg cash mee om het eten te betalen (zeer democratische prijzen)

The road leading to this place is insanely bad, without exaggeration, the worst I have ever experienced, and I’ve seen some truly terrible ones. The location itself is naturally beautiful, but the walk there is far from pleasant. You pass through large amounts of dried cow manure, which means the area is full of flies. We had about 8–10 flies on each of us at all times, which completely ruined any sense of relaxation. This didn’t happen at other hiking spots in Montenegro, so it was very disappointing. To be fair, the staff were very nice and kind. They even offered us a complimentary drink, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the positive experience stopped there. The room was extremely basic. The floor was stone, the bed was uncomfortable, and there seemed to be an ant colony nearby, as we had a large number of ants inside the house. On top of that, electricity only worked during specific hours, which made things very inconvenient. Sleeping was also difficult because other guests were extremely loud until around midnight. The food was the biggest disappointment. It is prepared in the restaurant but is very overpriced for the quality. I ordered an omelette with cheese and ham, and it was practically inedible due to how salty it was. I usually eat quickly and in large bites, but even after a few bites it became unbearable. My girlfriend couldn’t finish hers at all. We asked for a refund for one meal but were denied, which felt unfair given the poor quality. Overall, despite the friendly staff and scenic surroundings, the negatives far outweighed the positives. I would not recommend this place.
