"There was a problem during our stay. We got locked outside!"

The house is nice and clean. We had cockroaches in the bathrooms and bedrooms but I think that's just because its a house on the ground floor.

There was a problem during our stay. The owners have asked if during our stay they could come show the house to someone because the house is on sale. We approved. However we were disturbed by multiple people on various occasions for this visit (when we clearly said to go while we were there). This disrupted our holiday quite a bit because of all the texts and phone calls. On top of that when we got back to the house the code to enter (originally given to us) wasn't working anymore so we were stuck outside for a couple of hours until they came to fix this. It could have been easily avoidable and no one ever apologised for this inconvenience.
