This is my third time staying at this beautiful cottage. It is perfectly fitted out even in winter the underfloor heating is fabulous. I would not hesitate to recommend everything about this cute, well appointed cottage to anyone who enjoys a rural extremely natural location with all the features you need to enjoy a wonderful stay. Cliff and Sue are wonderful hosts and think about my unexpressed needs and wishes.

It was very cute, the bed was very comfortable, the hosts are super lovely and so are the dogs and the horses. Definitely recommend

"We had a function to attend at Blackwater golf club and this location was absolutely perfect."

A continental Breakfast was unexpectedly and thoughtfully supplied, but we didn’t need it as we had brought our own. Colin and Sue were very friendly and keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
