Property was clean

No sun loungers, rude staff no one turned up to check us out after multiple communication saying they were on their way, requested 200€ cash on arrival as deposit was there to collect that. Was promised as they couldn’t make it deposit would be transferred back which it hasn’t calls and texts being ignored. Avoid this property like the plague unless you want robbing blind

Was charged 30 euros for each apartment for late arrival not happy with this because it was only one booking so should only have paid once

Wat zeer teleurstellend was : 1: veel schades en schimmel op muren en plafonds in woonkamer en badkamer 2: geen gordijnen op zijraam 3: woning heel stoffig en heel vies 4: weinig huishoudelijke benodigdheden zoals stofzuiger, dweil enzo.

The hotel was ideal for a Benidorm trip with a group of lads. The rooms were well set up for a group, with plenty of space and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All the in-room facilities were great and worked well, which made the whole trip easy and hassle-free. It suited the purpose perfectly and was a solid base for a lively group holiday.

The main downsides were that there was only one key between the four of us, which was pretty inconvenient, and the person we dealt with couldn’t speak a word of English, making communication more difficult than it needed to be.

Es un apartamento amplio y está renovado.

Había falta de limpieza, ducha, ventanas, suelo..... Las almohadas eran incomodísimas.

Very pleasant apartment and great bar below it

No internet either free or purchasable and a no safety deposit box.Well there was one but there was no key for it so unable to use it.Helpful young man responsible for keys etc but all communication was in Spanish.Dutch lady in the bar downstairs was very helpful.
