FRLa proximité de la plage, le calme sur la terrasse et à l’intérieur de la maison, la literie est confortable, la facilité pour stationner la voiture, la climatisation et les ventilateurs permettent de garder la maison fraîche.
Manque un lave vaisselle, machine à laver, aspirateur. Il manque également une barrière de sécurité au lit superposé.
ITStruttura meravigliosa, a due passi dal mare e in un contesto tranquillo e servito. Ottima la veranda in giardino, una cornice ideale per momenti di relax con la giusta privacy.
DEDas Feriendorf ist an ein Hotel angeschlossen, dessen Pool, Tennis, Fussball und Basketballplatz sowie die Animation für 7€ / Person (auch Kinder) mitbenutzen kann. Das Feriendorf gleicht einer in etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Hotelanlage, es ist aber nett und auch gepflegt. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Supermarkt. Der Strand ist toll, allerdings war es während unseres Aufenthaltes so stürmisch, dass an baden oder Strandliegen nicht zu denken war. Eventuell sind Liegen bei den 7€/Person enthalten, dass wissen wir auf Grund des Wetters leider nicht. Das Haus ist ok, insbesondere die Terrasse ist sehr schön, allerdings auch etwas muffig, die Einrichtung ist aus Großmutters Zeiten, hier müsste mal kräftig investiert werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer, der wohl weit entfernt wohnt, ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sein Infoblatt, dass man quittieren muss, gleicht dem Verhaltenskodex aus einer Jugendherberge in den 50ern. Man muss 250€ Kaution bezahlen, die wir aber auch zurückerhalten haben (wir hatten durchaus Zweifel). Dusche, Wasser und Einrichtungen im Haus waren alle in Ordnung, lang nicht so schlimm, wie manch andere titelten.

IEThe patio with outside shower is very nice. The fireplace inside is a surprising and welcome feature. Within a few minutes walk the edge of the holiday village reaches the dunes and the lovely beach.
The sheets are very old and the furniture is tacky. A small bit of replacement to fresh, new equipment is not out of place. We didn't like that we saw no staff at all. The email that explained the accommodation was chaotic, at times inappropriately sarcastic and strikes a rather unfriendly tone. The owner explains he's 2000 km away. We didn't realise that the accommodation is part of a holiday village, not a regular village. There was no food or drink available for purchase during our stay in October. Arriving on a Sunday afternoon we had to drive to a nearby village and wait till 7 pm when restaurants opened. No shops on Sunday.
IEI have to say the latest reviews scared me a bit 2 toddlers in the booking as well. And I have to say I don’t understand this place is perfect. -1st you get what you’ve paid for don’t expect luxury service. Great price ! - location is beautiful the beach is right behind the house - much bigger than the pictures get new pictures done on a phone with a 0,5 zoom - the outdoors: terrace, barbecue and privacy is a big asset - Emanuela is a great woman thank you
- the cooker needs to be looked that’s what triggers the electricity and a few socket are broken and dodgy. Other than that all good it’s a old holiday complex.

On 40+ the A/C was needed, although we were aware that there would be no air conditioning. The humidity was high. Swampy bathroom, that was promised to be fixed, but then issue was ignored.
CZVery comfortable, everything what we needed was there, close to the sea, very good comunication with Sergio. Nice to stay in teracce in the evening.
PLI made reservation for one night and I paid for this night. And then I got information form owner he refused take us because minimum is two nights. There was no information about this detail. And I lost 50€. I payed 100€ and only 50€ I got back.
