Good location

The location is good - that is the only advantage of this place.

First of all, the way this apartment exclude price for cleaning from the total price. Why do you do this if a traveller must pay a cleaning fee in any case? The answer is simple- to make the price more attractive. And Booking as a service indicates that extra price at the very end of its confirmation e-mail: after my questions to the apartment' owner and after the ad of Booking mobile application- of course, many people don't read such long emails till the last letter. As a result, my price which had to be 360 zl for one night became 565 zl. Second, the check-in hour is too late- after 4 pm. Although, according to international standards, it has to be after 2 pm. The apartment asks to to indicate the check-in and check-out hours. The previous tourists, as the owner said, checked out at 11 am. I understand that cleaning takes some time, but regular cleaning never takes 5 hours: that day it was extremely hot in Warsaw, more than 30 degrees and I asked the owner about early check-in (even one hour would be great), since we were traveling with 2 little kids, but the owner didn't give me such a chance. When I came in to the apartment, I noticed many dirty spots, broken chair in the kitchen, broken plank on the floor, dirty sofa, even a dirty mark on their guests' brochure.

Location is excellent. Easy check in process. Wash machine was there.

If I am charged "cleaning fees", I expect the place to be clean. however it is not the case with this property. There was dust and old dirt on pictures in the kitchen, on the artificial flowers in the kitchen right on the dining table, dirty areas all around the light switches, door handles, kitchen cabinets, mold in the bathroom between the tiles and the bathtub. Floor trims are coming off in the whole apartment, my son hit his toe on it, The light Fixture in the bedroom is missing a glass. It was great to have a dish washer, however, I do not understand why the host left only ONE pouch of dishwasher soap knowing that we were staying for 5 days, only one trash bag, no sugar, two tea packets and one pack of instant coffee. Was I expected to go buy trash bags and dish washing detergent? (I did buy and left there a bag of sugar, hopefully next gusts will have that). Perhaps all this is ok for Poland, but we traveled from Ireland and Germany and we did not have these issues there.

Instructions to get in are confusing, for the most in right to left languages like hebrew. You should separate the door code into 3 different chronological actions.

Location and view are great.

1.The washing machine doesn’t work. Although a washing capsule is prepared. Probably for view. 2.It’s not really clear how wi-fi turns on. We barely understood how it works. 3. There is no way to contact and ask questions to the landlord. I got a respond just when I left the apartment.

Nice location, city center, close to RW station, shopping etc. 2 separate rooms + kitchen. 1-2 days stay is ok.

Need some renovation, they take 40$ for cleaning but sofa cover was dirty like it's never been cleaned.

The only good thing about this olace is the location.

WARNING!!! Check in from 16h! If one wants earlier checkin, they force you to buy the night before that!! The pictures they have are from 10 years ago. Extremely Dirty! Full of mold! Suspicious spots from liquids on the walls and sofa cover. Very dirty walls! Almost no kitchenware, so forget about cooking. The cattle has not been cleaned for a decade. I was afraid to touch it, can't even imagine to drink water from it ! Not maintened for years fridge. The washing machine is full of moold and not working. There is no shower stand, so one has to always keep the shower with one hand, which is extremely uncomfortable! The bath tube is full of mold and was dirty when I arrived. There were long women hair in it with different colors !! The bathroom was very unclean. No furniture to create some .ore comfortable stay. The livi g room has a small dirty sofa and very small tv, 27" or so, which is barely supported by a small cupboard. The coffee table is a metal basket with a plywood on the top and a whole in the middle. A small and cheap bedroom wardrobe, not enough for two people, complets the furniture set. I do NOT recommend this place ! "Rent like home" feels actually like " Rent Like Brothel" !
