Suite 2 on Southport 4 Queen Beds

Great location, safe neighborhood, decent amount of street parking even at night. Amenities were great - kitchen had everything we needed, there’s laundry machines as well. 4 large beds so lots of space to spread out on.

Mold on the baseboard in the room connected to the bathroom. Noticed only after we settled into the room. We were traveling with a baby and parents (seniors) so we had to swap rooms with them out of caution. Floors also slightly dusty - feet got dark if stepped on it for too long.

The house was clean, calm, and the location suited our needs. The host communicated well and quick. All the instructions were clear. They worked with us on everything.

I liked everything about this house.

Newer remodel of the space, back bedroom was very quiet, didn't hear any street noise. Cheaper than other accommodations in the area, but you get what you pay for. Close parking ($50 for 2 nights). Felt safe.

Unit is accessed by going through a dark, dank, sketchy, and smelly hallway that resembles a dirty back alley. Although unit appears to be recently remodeled, poor quality on some of the fixtures. Closet shelf / clothes rack is held up by nails driven into drywall, I thought it would fall due to weight of clothes on it. Towel and toilet paper racks are very cheap and barley hanging onto the drywall. Unit smelled damp and musty. Fridge has icemaker, but no waterline to it. One bed completely blocked access to a closet, so no where to put your clothes. We only had 2 people, so used extra bedroom to layout clothes.
