Апартамента беше на хубава локация, около 1 час пеша от центъра на града. Точно под него има малък хранителен магазин, детска площадка и няколко заведения. Точно до него има и автобусна спирка. В апартамента беше чисто, разполагаше с всички необходими електроуреди-съдомиялна, пералня, сушилня, печка, котлони, Долче густо и микровълнова фурна. Зареден с почти всички необходими съдове за готвене и хранене. За зимен период беше изключително топло. Асансьорите бяха изключително бързи. Спокоен апартамент, с хубава гледка от терасата.

Имаше странен аромат в коридора, за което собствениците на апартамента нямат вина. Има козметични забележки по интериора, които могат да бъдат оправени, но по никакъв начин не пречат на обитаването му.

Appartamento eccellente,grande con due bagni, garage interno raggiungibile da ascensore. Posizione ottima, taxi a volontà. Internet fibra viaggia come una scheggia. Davvero top.

Mancano prodotti per pulizia casa, banalmente scopa,secchio e spray x pulire bagni.
