Casa vacanze "Il Baffo e il Mare"

Ida who checked us in was lovely and very helpful. She quickly came to fix the Wi-Fi when it stopped working after the power went out and she kindly got taxi costs for us. The low review is not a reflection of her - she deserves 10/10.

We would have scored the property higher but unfortunately there were a number of issues. The view from the apartment was an eyesore and not as pictured in the description. We booked the apartment specifically for the balcony and sea view but the entire beach was fenced off for the duration of our stay as it was closed for construction works. We had an unsightly view of a digger, fencing and mounds of sand. We had to go to a different town further along the cost to go to the beach. We were not informed by the host Maddalena about the construction works and closure of the beach prior to our arrival. We would have cancelled our booking if we had known as we booked the property especially for the beach, balcony and sea view. The balcony isn’t really a balcony - it’s a shared walkway to other properties. The bed was uncomfortable as it was two separate mattresses pushed together. There was a large crack in the middle which made it very uncomfortable.

Posizione fronte mare, di sera si sentono le onde, anche il piccolo bagno ha una finestrella dalla quale si vede il mare. Appartamento piccolo, esattamente come in foto, adatto per soggiorni brevi. Pulito e in ordine. Comunicazione facile.

The accommodation had a great location, we loved the peaceful view of the sea and the port in the morning sun, the vicinity with local restaurants and shops. It has a nice small kitchenette for the ones who prefer making their own breakfast or dinner. It is clean and spacious enough. We had a pleasant stay, and Maddalena was very nice and helpful in answering all our questions. Would love to come back!

Excellent location, very good equipped and super clean apartment, there was all necessary for comfortable stay. I really liked it.

The mattress could be a little more comfortable, the lighting was too bright for me and there was no other more dimmer illuminate.

Posizione della casa favolosa proprio sul porticciolo di Cetara e un balcone di ringhiera dove prendere il caffè davanti al mare. Ad aspettarci c'era Ida che non solo ci ha accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità, ma ci ha dato anche molte informazioni utili su Cetara. Inoltre ci ha risolto il problema parcheggio auto, non da poco! Aggiungo che pagando tassa di soggiorno abbiamo noi sbagliato il calcolo: neanche 2 ore e Ida ci aveva già contattato per informarci e rifonderci. Casa 10, le proprietarie 100!

Proprio a cercare: i punti luci, soprattutto qualche lampada piccola in zona letto.
