Orme Rise 1 - The Penthouse Suite

The apartment is in a great location. Close to the beach and there are several bars and cafes across the road. It is convenient for the railway station. The apartment and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed for our break. It was clean and comfortable.

There were no big issues for us during our trip and we would happily stay again. If I was being picky I would say the pillows needed replacing. They were thin and floppy. The communal door as you leave the property really needs a handle so that you can shut and lock the door without having to slam it. We didn't want to disturb other residents. These are very minor issues and we all had a great stay.

I liked how the property was well stocked with a thorough and thoughtful inventory. The garden was very nice and enjoyable to sit out back and perfect and secure for our dog. The rooms are all good sizes and the furniture is excellent quality. The beds are very comfortable.

Loved the location, spacious, had everything we needed & more,. We cooked meals in aswell as eating out,. Main bed extremely comfy,. V spacious bathroom , very quiet aswell Great for people watching down on the street 😂

Too many stairs for my 80yr old man,. But she managed it,. A parking restriction,. Saying that anywhere central is the same ,. U just have to be aware of traffic wardens , & move ur car regularly

The property is in a great location and is of an exceptional high standard.

The only downfall was that it is on the top floor and if you’re not able or active this can cause you a problem. We ended up leaving coats and shoes in the car to save us only doing one trip up the stairs a day.

Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable.

Stairs not an issue for us, but maybe for others.

Great location - near shops, pier, the promenade and the Great Orme. Lovely and comfy, super clean. Well maintained - everything you could need. Loved the 'lookout' window that you can see down Mostyn street! Free parking not a problem. Able to take the dog.

It would have been nice to have been told about the problem with the water in the kitchen sink - we thought it was blocked but apparently this is a building fault. And that the flat is on the top floor, one of us has some health issues and it would have helped to know about the stairs! I had thought that as it was apt 1 it would be ground or 1st floor. Neither of these things spoiled the break.
