The bar stools were far to high for the servery, you couldn't sit there. Had to use the outdoor chairs and pile the squabs from the sofa and cushions on them to be able to sit there and eat! The showerhead support was broken so it kept pointing to the ground. The neighbours boyfriend smoked outside their flat, which was just outside our door. The smoke wafted in, it was discusting. I asked him if he'd mind moving and he refused. The lights in the bedroom were inadequate! The beds were incredibly hard.
