The place is really clean, practically furnished

The description of the space is not accurate and the landlord tried to scam me when asking for the city tax. He asked me to pay the city tax - he was asking for 18 euros, then 16 euros… Pressuring me to pay in cash. I refused to pay in cash on spot and offered to pay by a bank transfer since I knew that is an option from my friends staying at a different facility. The pressuring to pay the amount and in cash pursued. The amount of 18 euros seemed off since the booking information was claiming 8 euros, my friends also paid 8 euros (for the same amount of days stay) and the municipality website also claimed 8 euros. Only after I sent the screenshots from the municipality website, the landlord said he made a mistake and it is suppose to be 8 euros. I booked this listing because I was looking for something with a hotel/motel/b&b vibe. My priorities was privacy, front desk and a “hotel” vibe. However, the accommodation has not been delivered. I unchecked “apartments” in filters but this is a shared appartment. I noticed the rooms and facilities don't match the description on booking. For example the missing facilities: spa tub/spa bath - there is not bath at all, no view (barely any sunlight, the room is on the ground floor, the only window is only a bit above the ground, facing a wall, which was not mentioned or noticeable on the pictures), NO front desk AT ALL even though it was supposed to be available 24/7, the kitchenette / tea coffee maker was suppose to be private (listed as a private kitchenette) however i met a couple of strangers there apparently staying here too in a room next to mine (I was not even warned they are other people staying here), and it can get quite noisy since the rooms are directly connected to this - surprisingly - shared kitchenette.

Good location, close to the city center, private, clean place :)

Breakfast was so minimal. Bath need some repair. More often empty selective duste bins.

Room located in a refurbished flat, not too far from local things. It was clean. - it was ok for the price except the breakfast.

We have booked a room with breakfast for the whole week, but We received it only 3 Times during the 7 morning. The breakfast were pre packed sweets, croissant and cookies placed in a box in the room, when we had it. Both quality and quantity were questionable even when we got it.

Comfortable bed.

In bari taxi has fix price. The owner come to pick us at the airport, but we payed more to him ,like for a taxi,we find this at later. In the bathroom there is a shower without curtain, or any glass wall. So the water overflows, te whole bathroom is filled with water. The rug was full of water like the second day. Your wet towel, bikini will never be dry.

Owner was pleasant and correct.

Breakfast was too small amount.
