Cozy Apartment- 2BD 2BT- Malasaña

La ubicación, aunque la calle donde se ubica el edificio es una calle muyyy suciaaa así como la entrada del edificio.

Las fotos no coinciden con la realidad. La suciedad del apto en su mobiliario, en las cortinas que son trapos colgantes desprolijos. El estado de la colchoneria es pésimo y las camas no gozan de mesas de apoyo. El anfitrión no hace lo posible por mejorar la estancia de sus huéspedes.

Az apartman Madrid számomra legkedveltebb negyedében található, sétatávolságra a legjobb bároktól, kávézóktól, éttermektől. A reggeli kávéért, esti sörért, tapasért csak le kell ugrani az utcára. Innen amúgy bejárható gyalog szinte az egész város. Ha valaki metróval közlekedne inkább, annak is több állomása közel van. A lakásban nem csak két háló, de két külön fürdő is van. Ezen kívül egy jól felszerelt, nagy konyha. Kávégép, hajszárító, tusfürdő..., csak a ruháidat kell hozni. Az elrendezés remek, ezért aki a nappaliban esetleg tovább szórakozik, nem zavarja a hálókban már alvókat.

Nekünk nem volt bajunk ezzel, mert részben direkt az éjszakai életért mentünk Madridba. De aki a csendet szereti, annak nem javasolnám ezt az apartmant. A városrész elég hangos, az ablakok nem a legjobb hangszigetelésűek. Igaz, Spanyolországban, főleg a nagyvárosban megszokott a zaj. Az inkább csak a vidámság része:) Ha meg a társaságnak csak egy része vágyik csöndre, akkor az egyik háló udvari, ott semmi zaj nincs.

The apartment is very well located in central Madrid, right at the doorstep of the trendy Malsaña district. There's an almost inexhaustible supply of restaurants, bars, pubs and little local stores in all directions, and so if you're looking to go out and indulge in Madrid nightlife, this location has you sorted. On the other hand, this is a word of warning to anyone who's hoping for a quiet little spot to relax and kick back - there's plenty of street noise at all hours! In terms of the property itself, it was tastefully furnished, cozy and with ample space for 3-4 guests staying at the same time (we were four in total), as it has two decent-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. The cleanliness of the place was OK - a few dust devils lying about and the curtains, couch and seats could use a little deep clean, but otherwise all was in good order. Key collection and general comms with the property provider were excellent all round, with a dedicated WhatsApp number and prompt responses to any questions. The host who met us with the keys was a friendly lad, which helps too! All in all if you're travelling into Madrid as a group of friends, this place hits the spot and is relatively budget friendly. Well worth checking out!

As mentioned above, general tidiness of the flat was somewhat sub-par, but nothing that would cause an issue. The surrounding area tends to be fairly noisy but we knew that / that's why we picked the place! However, I think it is important to point out that the property DOES NOT come with access to the pool. This is strictly only available to actual residents of the apartment building and not to you as a guest at the apartment. This is also made abundantly clear in the hallways of the building, but somehow still gets advertised as a "perk" of this apartment in the listing (which does not seem very fair if someone books it for it having access to a pool too).

There were 4 of us so the 2 bedroom was convenient. Kitchen was clean but we hardly used it. There is a clothes washer.

I’d like to say nice things about this place but it’s difficult if I want to he honest. I had to vacuum when we arrived. I don’t think it was properly prepared for the guests. Dust bunnies everywhere. The area rug has lots of hair on it. Curtain was dusty. The couch/sofa has seen better days. You can see stains all over. We had to cover it with a blanket to sit. The street is very busy and noisy all night. I quickly realized that I paid too much for our 4 night stay. When we ran out of toilet paper and asked for replenishment she said we had to buy it ourselves. I do not recommend this place.

Excellent neighbour with lots of restaurants and bars. Easy access to metro.

Pool was advertised, though there are instructions that prohibit short term visitors accessing the pool or surrounding area. Curtains were insufficient in blocking light in bedrooms.
