Great location on the lake, very well equipped, especially in the kitchen, place was clean and tidy, hot tub was lovely, towels and dressing gowns provided which was good, main bedroom and bathroom were amazing with views over the lake.

Just small things that need some maintenance - TV was flickering and slow to respond to remote, BBQ was rusty so kept catching alight, fridge didn't close properly so had to keep pushing it shut, toilet role holder in downstairs toilet hanging off as was heating panel upstairs, plus loose tile in downstairs toilet floor. That being said, these things would not stop us coming back and we would return.

Quiet lake front location . Easy access from main road links. Ideal for families. Well appointed. Lovely well maintained hot tub. Good communication from Orion Holidays. Fantastic main bathroom.

Some of the furniture - dining room chairs for example felt unstable - loose screws etc. Only 2 sockets in the kitchen work space. Main rubbish/ recycling bins a long distance from the home.

The views from the living room and master bedroom were outstanding. The house doesn't have another one opposite so uninterrupted views of the beautiful lake. Hot tub was piping hot and we spent literally hours in it! BBQ was amazing so we didn't use the cooker once in our whole stay. Lovely towels, robes, and a well stocked kitchen full of utensils and serveware. Lovely fire to put on in the evening and the whole house was beautifully warm and cosy despite being so large.

No coffee pods provided so there was a lovely coffee machine but we couldn't use it as there was no coffee to put in it. The shower in the ensuite with the lake view was broken and unusable so we missed out on taking a shower in the beautiful bathroom. All the mirrors in the bathrooms were made for 5 foot tall guests - way too low to be useful. They need to be moved up a foot or have bigger mirrors that cater for all heights. No shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, or tea lights for the outdoor lantern provided. We weren't told about the vans/commercial vehicle rule until after booking and paying in full. It was no problem as it turned out but it made us nervous and worried so it would have been good to know this in advance.

All I can say is wow what a place what a location from start to finish absolutely brilliant

Lots of parking. Pleased to find an extension lead for the raclette as we had forgotten it. Great idea having a hose outside for muddy dogs and people Spacious, light and quiet. Lots of kitchen cupboard space Lots of pots and pans

Couldn't get extractor fan to stop beeping No door on upstairs en suite but it was supposed to be like that Quite hot
