"Lovely place for Tulum base. Would stay there again."

Not far from town, in a more residential area. Had on-site parking. We used the hot tub but not the pool due to the cool weather, but it worked well. The arrangement is an apartment on the ground level with the living room, kitchen and two bedrooms and then an outside staircase to upstairs with a patio and hot tub and two bedrooms, each with a separate entrance with keys, so not really for younger kids, but worked well for our college kids who probably really liked it.

Did not include cleaning supplies, and kitchen cooking equipment is pretty limited. Did get some after a request from host, but hard to clean up the first day. Think this may have simply been an error and not usually the case.

Property is well maintained, each room has Ac and bathrooms & Security 24/7 Host is very responsive.

We stay there for 6 nights would be nice to have extra blankets & sheets.

"Best family vacation stay"

This place was amazing family vacation stay. Everything you need is close by and easy to get to. The children love the pool and jacuzzi I couldn't get them out of there LOL. Our host Jacqueline was amazing. She was always attentive and always kept in contact with us. She was even nice enough to bring the kids toys and games to play with that was very nice of her. Very well security and staff made us feel very safe. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends and I can't wait to come back. Thanks again for everything. We really enjoyed our stay there 10/10
