很差的体验

冷气不冷。一进屋的时候有一个霉味（很久没有人住的味道）。两间厕所的马桶坐垫是发黑了。热水器都是没有热水。没有风扇。

everything u need is provided at the units, especially the surrounding, place to eat so convenient, theres a mall below the units and no need to drive for dinner or lunch, there's also bunch of activities for kids just below the units

Strategic location close to walkway of Melaka River where I can have my daily walk up to Bandar Hilir Great location to get food as well as any necessities as it located above the mall It suits me great as I always travel with family’s of 6

Wish the parking access could be improved as well. The mall operator sometimes didn’t record the vehicle entries in time as sometimes we will get charged for parking
