Ayrbados - 4 bed townhouse in Ayr

Location was good, on a busy road so was a bit loud at night. Property was really spacious and had everything we needed

One of the beds upstairs was broken, which ended up causing someone to go home early

A really lovely place in a perfect location in the town centre. Place was well-equipped, modern, yet homely. Very clean and well-kept. Superb place for the family to meet up. Very much enjoyed our stay.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like or felt could be improved.

We have submitted separate feedback to Pillow Partners about our stay which was 8 ppl, two families. The flat was good, but improvements need to be made when catering for a party of 8. The location is excellent and there is plenty of space.

We were only provided one set of keys which proved challenging for two families. A couple of mattresses need replacing. There wasn’t enough glassware or mugs, no egg cups and the towels provided were thin and tiny. Worth noting that one bathroom for 8 ppl is challenging. Additionally we asked about the remote controls to the fire and we’re not assisted to locate them. The flat can be cold at times so we had to leave the heating on overnight on occasion.

Great location, great property and facilities

Die Unterkunft war super gemütlich für 6 Erwachsene. Ein Schlafzimmer war sogar übrig. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz in der gesamten Wohnung. Die Räume waren wirklich sehr grosszügig. Die Küche war auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage war top. Jede Menge Restaurants in der Straße, ein Tesco und nahe zur Einkaufsstraße und zum Strand.

Das Treppenhaus muss dringend renoviert werden (die Stufen und die Beleuchtung).

Location was perfect, we had everything we needed regarding facilities, cutlery plates etc It almost was a home from home, comfortable, warm and spacious.

Greeted with a granite stone hall way that was not brilliantly lit. If we knew what to expect it would not have been such a surprise, but no where in the description was it said (luckily our party were all fit and able (well almost). Being picky a little dirt behind the bedside cabinet, but I am sure genuinely overlooked by the cleaner, but at £150+ for cleaning, you would have expected.... Again, I am sure the décor is maintained yearly, but on our visit the cracks from an older building could have done with a lick of cover up.

The location of the property was fantastic for town centre and for getting to the harbour and beach. Loads of take aways, restaurants and amenities on the doorsteps. The facilities in the dwelling were fantastic and finishings were to a high standard

There was only one key for all the occupants which made juggling access tricky plus there was only one toilet and loads of stairs to get to the front door
