"Overall I would rate 4/10 for my experience at the hotel."

The location was good and near to most of the day-to-day life operations. The staff weere friendly and responded well except one time that I needed the most when the AC won't turn ON.

The AC in the room 303 stopped working suddenly. I informed the Receptionist about it around 11 PM on 30th March, 2024. I was told that the maintainance guy will be there shortly and I dozed off meanwhile. I called the receptionist to check the status of repair again and I realized that the maintainance person was never informed. I was told that it can only be fixed next morning. I had to spend the whole night sweating and suffocating.
