Spacious Craftsman in the Heart of St Johns

Really beautiful house, with a lot of rooms, the kitchen was well equipped and there were a lot of games and art supplies fort he kids. The front porch is lovely to sit on and the property itself was very spacious. Location was in a very nice neighborhood with a lot of cafes and restaurants and accessible to major highways and main roads.

The air conditioning on the bottom floor is not functionable. It was very uncomfortable to be in the house during the day. Upstairs there are individual units in each bedroom which make a lot noise. The yard was overgrown and wasn't really usable. This is an old house, which may not to be to everyone's taste.

Way bigger than expected . Quirky and comfortable home with lots of great art to make for a homey feel.

The yard was not as advertised. The dipping pool was dirty, the grass had not been mowed. It wasn’t very Oasis feeling.

The stained glass and tile in the upstairs bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. And all of the beds are very comfortable! The kitchen and dishware were very nice to have for guests who prefer to cook(super cool oven lol).

It was bigger than we expected. The beds were very comfortable and the location was ideal. The artwork, stained glass windows etc really set this property apart.

We had no issues at all.
