"Highly recommend this perfectly located property for a friends/family stay in Belfast"

Perfect for a family/friends stay (we were 2 couples with 2 children (8 and 4yrs) - clean, comfy and lots of space to relax. Also top marks for location - walking distance to restaurants, bars and popular neighbourhoods. Highly recommend this place for anyone researching a trip to Belfast. The hosts (StayByNumbers) were also fab - great communication and lots of helpful tips to make our stay easy :)

It was very minor for us (as we had access to 5G) but property WiFi was intermittent.

"Wonderful stay in excellent property."

Lovely house, great facilities and we liked being able to socialise together in the open plan area. Short walk to the city centre and local shops. We used the car park behind the property which was very handy. Matt’s communications were very prompt and helpful. We would definitely book this home again.

It’s not that we didn’t like it, but just weren’t aware that the train line is so close because you can’t see it. You do hear train rumbles and whistles but you get used to it as part of the central location experience. Someone previously mentioned the stairs, but again, you get used to them and they did not cause a problem for us.

A bathroom for each room. 3 rooms in the same house + living room. Parking.

Nothing in particular. Maybe sometimes buses and tram are a little bit noisy.

Spotlessly clean. Very well situated. Fully stocked. Bedrooms on ground floor and living area upstairs make best use of the space.

We travelled with elderly parents who had to be careful on the sharp turn on the stairs but it had good handrails. Otherwise nothing we didn’t like.
