Booked with booking. Com because we did not want the hassle of private air bnb hosts, however this is what we got! Owner was very rude demanding updates on our arrival time as he needed to meet us there. Upon arrival he commented on the van size that I hadn’t read terms and conditions and then counted the number of people and accused me of trying to hide quests. I had originally searched for 5 people accommodation and not changed it, then another member was joining us and I had messaged and said we had one more and was happy to pay extra. This stay was uncomfortable and very unwelcoming even after paying an extra $200 for two nights. Then when leaving at 10am host was already there. Now after leaving we have an email asking for $100 for bleach marks on towels, tea towels, flannel and hand towels. These were bleached upon arrival and not by us.

Did not like that this was privately owned and the owner was not someone I would want to deal with after a long drive. Fire alarms even on balcony. Huge construction site out main bedroom and lounge commencing at 7am both mornings with a lot of banging and machinery noise.

The property was in a superb location and immaculately clean. The furniture was excellent.

Very unfortunate that the building next door was under construction and covered in plastic wrap so the view from one side was totally blocked.

Mathew was so helpful throughout the process, and very accommodating when we had flight delays meaning our booking changed slightly. The apartment was clean and so spacious; much bigger than it looks in the pictures! There were plenty of sundries provided, like beach towels, shampoo and conditioner, laundry and dishwasher tabs, tea and milk etc, so we were very well catered for, making it very easy to travel with a small family! The location is also fantastic; right by the Mount and the hot pools (where you get 20% off!), plus the beach and shops, so you have plenty to do within walking distance. And there's a parking space in the basement which is very handy. Overall an excellent place to stay and I would highly, highly recommend it to anyone

Location was perfect, spacious accommodation for family of 4 with older teens. Two lounge spaces. Very accommodating hosts. Lots of extras like coffee machine, snacks, cereal, plenty of shower essentials available. Washer/dryer.

Second bathroom would be nice but we knew it only had one. Could see pilot bay out one side but view blocked on the other side by a big building.
