The location is excellent. Ms Ebtihal was very helpful and quickly responded to any queries. The facilities in the flat was very good.

The beds were uncomfortable, the flat was not as clean as expected to be, we had to clean it and kill the insects which were in the bathroom and the living area. The bed linen were old and thankfully we brought our own linen. The sofas were old and dirty. The building is old especially the lift but I realised that most of buildings close to the cornish area are old

Everything could not have been more perfect, the view is stunning, the finishing of the apartment is beautiful. It really did just feel like a home away from home. We will definitely be back again, thanks Nabeel!

We were shocked by this apartment.  We read the reviews before renting; some bad stories but forgivable. What we experienced was the building interior was under construction, with dust and dirt everywhere, elevator in and out of operation, construction dust in the air. The apartment itself seemed neglected. Broken toilet seat, sewage smell, dirty carpets (tracking in dust from the construction), dirty furniture and lightbulbs not functioning.  When we reached out to the owner about our concerns he acknowledged that he knew about the construction and refused to refund the remainder of our reservation.  If we had known about the construction ahead of time we would have chosen to stay elsewhere.  On a limited complaint, the owner did offer to relocate us to one of his other apartments. Given the condition of this property we didn't have faith that the others offered would be any better. Overall, such a poor representation of Alexandria that left us feeling cheated.
