Por las fotos parecía bonito, y eso es exactamente su mejor don. Es espacioso y tiene aire acondicionado. En barra sirven buenos cócteles. Tienen algunos básicos de cocina. Es tranquilo por las noches.

Aposté por el lugar porque trabajo remoto y dice internet de alta velocidad. No es cierto. Tienen varias redes pero de alta velocidad nada, y no tienen conexión por ethernet. Es un poco cutre que para el precio que dobla propiedades aledañas no pongan ni café o té, tampoco ni un botellín de agua de cortesía. Tienen unas piscinas bonitas que parecían jacuzzis pero no, temperatura ambiente, más bien fría. Tampoco tienen recepción así que nada de recibir paquetes. El agua de la ducha está caliente solo a veces. Parece de lujo, solo lo parece.

We loved that the place looks exactly like the pictures at booking, we loved the location, the view, we appreciated a lot the private pool and we loved the architecture of the hotel, we loved it.

There was not enough pressure in the shower, the pool at the middle was kind of dirty, the water looked dark than the others. The only thing I didn’t like is that we needed to keep asking to get toilet paper 😅 there should be enough in the room and the cleaning girl should’ve refilled that. Other than that we loved everything.

Struttura molto bella. Alloggi confortevoli, aria condizionata e comfort del letto hanno contribuito fortemente al giudizio positivo. Anche l’amaca e la piscinetta privata sono state molto ben gradite. Alcune piccole pecche sulle quali possono rimediare: - il divanetto della piscina era sfondato e non si poteva utilizzare, che peccato. - la scaletta in legno per stendere i vestiti non era adatta a tale uso e ha macchiato tutti i capi chiari di marrone. - nella doccia al piano di sopra non c’era tenda alla finestra e i vicini potevano vederci mentre ci lavavamo. - nella stanza di sopra non c’era luce, è stato molto molto difficile fare i bagagli e prepararsi soprattutto la sera e la mattina presto, ma anche nelle ore in cui per avere un po’ di privacy chiudevamo le tende. - gli asciugamani erano spesso macchiati nonostante certamente fossero stati lavati. Queste sono solo piccole accortezze che speriamo aiutino la struttura a migliorare ulteriormente. Comunque bella e con ottima posizione. Grazie per averci fatto depositare i bagagli in anticipo.

Private pool, air conditioning, staff was amazing

Nothing really

The room was beautiful and spacious and view of ocean in the distance from the balcony. A 2 minute walk to the beach but a 20 min walk along the beach, to La Punta, the best part of Puerto Escondido. Julie was very helpful through the checkin process.

There was no hot water in the bathroom in the morning or evening. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach however the walk along the beach to the main area is a 20 minute walk, but its a pleasant walk along the beach. The main issue I had besides the no hot water was with the check-in. I had asked for an early check-in and was told that it was possible if the room was available. Upon arrival at the property I was first told I could not check-in until 3pm. But then I was told the room would be ready at 1:30 but I would have to pay an extra 1000 pesos. The cost of the room for the night was 2000 pesos, so they wanted to charge half of that just to have the room 90 minutes earlier. I thought that was ridiculous and even though the property was very nice and the rooms great, this soured my opinion of the property.
