Cosy 1 Bed in Sea Point The Ivory

Very comfortable and clean

I had to wait for 25 minutes outside in the parking lot for the key, even though I provided my arrival time. There is no secure parking, only street parking. The host/property management agent could not be bothered that I was concerned about my rental car standing in the street (all I got was "Unfortunately it's only street parking). The bathroom smelled like a combination of sewage, dampness and industrial cleaner and this smell lasted for 1.5 days of my 3 night stay, despite me leaving the windows and doors open. There is NO coffee machine. The "pool"-really a jacuzzi, is right next to the apartment - so you hear the noisy gate being opened by other guests all the time. Only 1 small shower gel is provided (literally one use then its done) for a 3 night stay. Only 1 set of towels provided for a 3 night stay. No cleaning services provided. There noise levels of cars driving up and down Kloof street were bothersome and closing the windows did not block out the noise much.

Nice flat, excellent location. Pool is just next to apartment.
