Paradise at the Smokies Cabin with HOT TUB!

We loved everything about their cabin! From where it's nestled in on the hill to the Cozy fireplace, fire pit and hot tub! The back porch is a great family hang out with the swing and Giant game! The games were a big hit for family time! The coffee bar was nice and the thank you gift with the teddy bear made my day :-) the decor is perfectly thought out, made me feel at home! And the bathrooms were Top Notch and beautiful! The beds were comfy I slept great! You made our first trip to the Smokies a perfect one, thank you so much!!

They went above and beyond providing everything we could possibly need for our stay. It was by far the nicest place we have stayed to date.

the living room, bathrooms, game room, bunk bed room, covered porch by the driveway and the firepit area were all very nice. Your cabin was clean and had everything we needed to cook.

First let me say, all the 360 cameras was a little uncomfortable. The master bedroom bed was horrible. We were told it's a new mattress but there is absolutely no way, as you sunk down in a hole on both the left and right sides so much that your feet were elevated. didn't get much rest and sore backs, by the last night stay we slept at foot of bed but wasn't much better as you felt you were sleeping on a downhill slope. **weight was not an issue (140 and 230) On our last evening there, we went to use the hot tub for the first time since our arrival lifted the first fold of the lid and the water seemed to be dirty, no smell of chlorine and we could see white residue on the seats as well as what seemed to be small, gathered areas of dirt/debris, so we never go to enjoy the hot tub. My husband messaged the host, but was only told, it's a new bed we will have it checked out and you should have told us before now about the hot tub we would have had it checked out and fixed so you could use it. That wasn't a very nice reply. We didn't want to give a bad review, so we reached out to the owner first, but when receiving the feedback we received, we decided to leave this review so that maybe the owners will rethink the way they respond to their clients if they ever want them to return. #1 thing that makes a or breaks a trip is cleanliness and comfort and for us the cabin was very clean, it was absolutely beautiful, but the comfort of the master bedroom bed was a zero (0) and not being able to use the hot tub was a disappointment.

The owners are incredibly nice and helpful! The property is very clean, and they take excellent care of both it and their customers. They even provide a basket on the counter with items you might need or forget to bring with you—such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this place! It’s in a perfect location; you are away from the hustle and bustle but still close to all the fun activities. P.S. be sure to read the signs on the way in so that you use the correct driveway

Beautiful cabin! Great location. The owners are so incredibly kind and considerate. Even left us a box of chocolates to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Amazing customer service.

A little scary to drive to the cabin at night. Doesn’t help that my vision is not the greatest.

It was clean and spacious!! Very nice cabin!! We loved the fire pit!! Loved the outside view on the deck!! Had a great time and will come back!!

The tubs were a little slippery for my elderly mother. Some non-slip stickers in tub would have helped. But outside of that, it was great.
