Відносно недалеко від центру, а якщо врахувати що автобусна зупинка біля помешкання, то взагалі дуже зручно. Приємно, що матрац на ліжку один великий, а не два і досить зручний!

Вікна виходять прямо на дорогу, тому дуже шумно від вулиці, вентиляції нормальної нема, тому потрібно відкривати вікна постійно. І занадто багато ароматичних вонявок.

Páčilo sa mi, že bolo bezchybne čisté. Boli sme tam ubytovaní v januári a v byte bolo teplo. Posteľ a pohovka boli pohodlné. Kuchyňa a kúpeľňa boli čisté. Výhodná poloha, blízko nákupných centier. Ďakujem.

The apartment itself is nice and has potential – good location and, at the beginning, the host replied quickly and arranged cleaning once we reported the issues.

When we arrived, the apartment had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guests: there was a full trash bag on the floor, dirty floors and kitchen, a messy bathroom, and an unmade bed so we weren’t sure if the sheets or towels were clean. There was also no toilet paper. After a full day of travelling, we then had to leave the apartment so it could finally be cleaned, instead of being able to relax. On top of that, the host asked for an extra city tax that was never mentioned during booking and requested it via bank transfer. After checking the official Bratislava information, the amount did not match the official city tax rate, which felt misleading. Finally, the messages and questions I sent after the apartment was cleaned were never answered, which added to the overall bad experience.

Hervorragende Apartments für einen Aufenthalt mit Kindern. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht: eine Waschmaschine, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe usw.

Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist für einen Erwachsenen zum Schlafen nicht besonders komfortabel, außerdem ist der Lärm von der Hauptstraße hörbar. Allerdings kann ich nicht sagen, dass dies wirklich kritisch war.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my stay. We found that several essentials were missing, such as an adequate supply of glasses and spoons. Additionally, the pillows were quite uncomfortable, which impacted our rest. Regarding the city tax, as I mentioned, my bank does not support the IBAN transfer requested. Since I am currently on a road trip through Europe and have already checked out, I have left the full amount for the city tax in the lockbox along with the keys. And the owner is saying that I did not leave the money in the box. Avoid this aparament the owner is stealing money from the customer. I will report him/her. You can see the conversion in the screenshots. And it is not mentioned where I have to pay for that kind of tax. Turly disappointed.
