Perfect location, clear and spacious apartment, very well equipped. Maura is a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful with many tips that would make your stay in Genua wonderful!

This is a super clean, large one-bedroom apartment that puts you right on top of everything you want to see in Genova after a 12 minute walk from Principe station. Transit is plentiful but we hardly needed it. It's easy to access the building and apartment with the provided code. The kitchen was set up with everything we needed for our breakfast and dinners. There is a small balcony overlooking the back of the building where we dined al fresco - very nice. The host - Maura - is terrific to communicate with: prompt to reply, helpful, professional and - while we didn't meet in person as we were so busy sight-seeing - you can tell from the 'tone' of the messages that she is a very nice person. We hope to return and stay here again and we very much recommend this apartment for your stay in Genova!!

Great location, easy to get about. Helpful host and lots of information in the apartment to make the most out of our stay.

The place is a 5-minute walk from the Aquarius and 10 minutes from Piazza Principe Station and Cruise Terminal. It is easily accessible and the building has an elevator (which is very helpful when you have luggage). The apartment is very clean and has everything you need in the kitchen. The toys and games in the living room were much appreciated by our child. We communicated very easily with the host, who was very helpful and responded to all our needs.

It was rather chilly inside when we arrived, as we had windy days in Genova. After connecting the radiator in the bathroom, the temperature became comfortable. The heating source in the bedroom and living room was air conditioning equipment, which was a little bit uncomfortable since it was noisy during nighttime, and once you turned them off, it was getting colder quickly. However, we still enjoyed our stay.

Centrally located accommodation with good WiFi, comfortable bed and parking. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed, really.We visited in December and the apartment was pleasantly warm.Contacting the owner was easy and pleasant.

This unit is centrally located within walking distance to many landmarks, transportation stations (Zecca-Righi funicular is 3 minutes away), and shopping. The house is nicely decorated and equipped with supplies. We personally appreciated the coffee pods! The washing machine was important to us as we are on a long trip. The host always responded promptly at any time of the day. Very helpful with parking instructions as we arrived late at night when only the Marina Porto Antico parking lot was open. The instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear.

The smell of the cleaning supplies used in the bathroom didn't sit well with us. We closed the bathroom door and opened the window.

A great apartment with everything you need. Communication and check in was easy. Best thing is the location. You walk out of the apartment into an Italian neighbourhood. And it is still within easy walking distance of all that Genoa has to offer.
