Room is spacious, have a washing machine inside room to make laundry and it was a peaceful place to rest at night time. It's easy to contact owner via what's app and ask questions for motorbike, taxi for airport or anything else. You should consider to drive a motorbike if you want to save money on grab because the location is not in the center of the city (about 7-10 minutes) but for me it was exactly what I was looking for since I like to ride in Vietnam. Locals are fantastic too over there.

The only complaint I could do is about ant in the room, so make sure to not leave any food on the counter or desk but ants are part of Vietnam. I've been in Vietnam for more than 6 months, had my own apartment in Da Nang and I had some ants issue even if I'm a clean person. This "problem" was not a problem for me but it was the only thing that I had to be careful about (not leaving food anywhere) Other than ants, bed is a little firm for my own taste but I still could sleep easily.
