The house was full of amenities. The game room was off the charts. Plenary of room for a family of 5. Great place to unwind after exploring the outdoors all day. Great food right down the street.

One of the showers upstairs was leaking on to the floor in the basement. Also, previous tenants had damaged the rain shower heads and we were “questioned” about it. We notified the landlord of any and all issues but didn’t use the rain showers, so didn’t know they were damaged.

Location was great easy access to Sedona activities in the area. Restaurants and stopping within walking distance. Would rent again if stayed in the area

Great location with excellent views, spacious rooms with good decor, and a fun game room to occupy my son. Pretty much had everything we needed to make us feel like we were at home. The home is a older (expected) with some upgrades but everything ran well.

A few things we had minimal issues with were the old hot tub/jacuzzi that seemed to have not been used for a very long time. When we turned on the jets, a lot of piping rust etc came out so we couldn't use that. And the cleaning service should check the fridge to wipe it down. Two things to note if staying there: utilize the Dumbwaiter/lift for your luggage from the lower level to the upper bc we didn’t realize it was there until after carrying everything up and the main kitchen light switch is hidden behind the fridge.
