The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Great little apartment with everything you need. Awesome location. Nice pool to cool off in.

The fridge wasn't working properly. We had our teen with us and this apartment is too small for 3 people. The pullout couch had wooden dividers sticking into my teens back. Very uncomfortable. Would be ok for a small child.

Stayed 23rd–30th December   The apartment was functional but small. It was clean and equipped with the essentials, though the fridge and freezer did not cool or freeze properly.   We were provided only one key card for three people. My wife and I met our 19‑year‑old daughter, who is travelling Asia, and she stayed on the sofa bed. Sharing a single key card quickly became impractical, so we requested another. The friendly lady who checked us in brought us a physical key instead, but it did not work—even she was unable to open the door. We were then asked to pay a 1,000 THB deposit for an additional key card.   On checkout, our deposit was initially withheld because the plastic top of the physical key had snapped while trying to open the door—something that was not our fault. The check in lady consulted her manager, who threatened to call the police when we refused to accept only 400 THB back for a replacement door they had made. Even the complex management could not open the door with the original key. After an hour of discussion, we finally recovered our full deposit.   This experience left us with a poor impression of the agency’s customer service. We always leave properties clean and tidy, stripping the beds to assist the cleaners, as a sign of respect. That is all we wanted to be acknowledged upon checkout.   Great pool area, but it only gets minimal sun because both sides of the apartment buildings restrict it.

Главный недостаток - абсолютно непригодные для сна матрацы, подушки и постельное бельё. Второй недостаток - один ключ. Если один из вас уйдет с ключём, когда другие спят, оставшиеся останутся без света и кондиционеров. Из мелочей-раздвижная дверь в санузел не исправна, вырубает автоматы на теплую воду, день просидели без интернета, с кровати телевизор вы не посмотрите - между ними перегородка. Цена не соответствует качеству
