Clean (no outside shoes in the building) ... and it has elevator ! Walking distance to train station. Convenient location.

Host staff is not available 24x7 in the building. Not perfect but it's ok.

Very nice place. Building is brand new and we safely stayed there during Kong Rey tajfun. There is also a place to park the car safely in front of the building.

The staff were superb when a typhoon disrupted disrupted our travel plans and they arranged a shared car ride to get to the high speed rail ahead pf the typhoon so were able to get to Taipei in time to catch our plane to Japan. Food recommendations were spot on.

Nothing - the weather and rock falls are uncontrollable.

No refrigerator in the room and guests are advised not to linger in the common areas.
