No reception or receptionist No body cleaning No one to provide service If you need anything send email and the reply will be will do it but nothing was done .

Clean and close to where I want it

Exaggerated amount, only in this place they ask for an insurance that is not necessary, repeated threats to leave early or there will be a fine, friendly talk is better and once it is enough to inform us that the exit is at 10 am once is enough, the tissues for the bathroom were only put one roll for a 3-day reservation and for a family of 5 people, strange stinginess and when we asked he refused to provide us with more, the treatment was not good

Location was really central. Easy to get around without taxis etc. apartment was very modern, clean and had everything you would need to stay there. Can’t really fault the place. Very good value for money.

When we first arrived the keys that we picked up did not open the main front door to which we were stood outside the building for a while before another booking in a different apartment came along with the same problem. Luckily we were able to fix this by going back to the shop we collected our keys and picked up another key for that door. Spare bedding was not clean.

Lots of space and a quiet place

Beautiful apartment as per photos and description, even sofa bed was comfy, everything you need on doorstep. great location.

Not much to fault, but for feedback the bathroom floor especially felt a bit grubby and the drain on the bath didn’t work great so shower water built up.

Liverpool is a great city,plenty of places to eat drink and be merry. Something for everyone.

One downside was the homeless people sleeping rough. Not their fault I know.

Flat is local to all amenities. Walking distance to the Albert Docks, Liverpool one, and much more

Well, the flat had no hot water. We followed all instructions, but still we had no hot water for two days. WiFi was going off and on. The floors were really dirty. Our feet and socks were black. We struggled to get our car out of the car park. Fob didn't work, and the staff didn't help at all. We are stuck for 20 minutes. The flat could do with a guidebook, not just information online Also they were 5 of us, and they were not enough seats for us all. Three of us had to sit on the uncomfortable dining chairs. Sofa bed matress could do with a matress protector. There were a lot of stains
