Dapps Hill Haven - between Bristol and Bath, both 9 mins by train!

Dapps Hill Haven proved to be the ideal base for us, four lady cyclists, to explore Bristol and Bath and the various routes in between. Set in a pretty and quiet part of Keynsham , yet close to the station, shops and a lovely park, the property was easy to find and access and a joy to return to at the end of a days cycling. Prior to our stay, Kath could not have been more helpful in answering our questions and offering us a safe place to leave our bikes overnight. We had a wonderful trip and are happy to recommend the apartment to others.

We could not have found a better and more convenient place to stay and one which fitted our requirements so fully. There was nothing to dislike.

The apartment was extremely quiet, clean and comfortable. It was well maintained, and very well equipped. Kath provided us with useful additional supplies. The apartment is on the middle and top level of a three level building. It is located near a river, in an area with no through traffic and lovely walks.

The apartment was thoughtfully styled and comfortable and had everything you needed. Coffee Tea Sugar milk, salt, pepper, oil etc. Very clean, very comfortable, easy parking, great location. It's peaceful and relaxing. The communications were excellent. Lots of great places nearby to eat as well as the river and park right next to the property..

Absolutely splitting hairs as it is so good, only issue I found was no chain on the bath plug.

Travelled for a family vacation where this location was where my father grew up as a boy. Great maisonette for the family (four in our party). Clean, great central kitchen with everything you need. The location within Keynsham is excellent, central south and right next to the park. Quick walk to the pubs, same for the center of town for restaurants, and right at the end of the park for a great morning (or any time) walk. Also convenient walk to Nick at Keynsham Coffee in the park for your morning cafeination fix. The apartment has two bathrooms, one has a bath only, while the one on the top level has a shower only. The sitting area at the front has plenty of room to relax in the evening or gather to make plans for the day. Larger fridge and freezer, plus dishwasher, available were appreciated to stock essentials. This place is located between Bath and Bristol, as described. We used it as a central hub for visits to both, either driving, taking the bus, or by train. All transportation options are available, depending on your needs. Parking is right outside the garden gate and convenient.

Not a complaint, setting expectations: The front door opens into stairs up to the two-level apartment. This could be challenging with very small children and/or the older generation (or people with knee/leg problems). There is one bedroom located on the main level and the other two up stairs on the third level.

Great location for Bath & Bristol visit. The place is clean , tidy and very well equipped. Plenty of information provided and answered all my questions.

🤔 maybe an extra light in the dinner room towards the far end ?? Only because we played board games and needed a little more light.

A very comfortable, large property with good beds, facilities and a particularly good shower! What really made this property stand out was the attentiveness of the host and the added extras - welcome gifts, great local guides, kitchen and bathroom provisions

The property had everything that you needed to hand, spacious, comfortable and just across the road to family could not have asked for more.

Nothing to dislike with any aspect of the property for the two day stay.
