"Very good"

Environment is clean, comfy, good location.

Being accuse that we damage the artificial flower and balcony chair. We all are grown up, no kids, and spent most of the time outside, only rest in the house at night.

Overall ok. Nice cozy place. Near to eateries.

Would be good to a least have a microwave oven to do simple heat up of food..
