Great location Good facilities Clean Fashionable

The number key was broken,so we couldn’t enter the room soon. We called a staff and she explained how to enter the room.

"Worst check in ever useless help line I had to stay in a different hotel as I couldn't get the keys"

It was nice for the second night but the first night I could not access the room so not good

The check in was appalling I have never missed a check in before . But this time I could not check in because check in information was difficult to find as sent by unlabeled text when all previous communication was via email and the help line kept hanging up Also the gate pin number was in the second paragraph and in Japanese so I could not read it I would have missed second day check in also if another guest hadn't been coming out
