"Superb"

The apartment was lovely, nice and modern space. The bed and linens were super comfortable. Nice attention to detail throughout the apartment. Felt like a safe neighborhood.

Parking was really tight. Had to wait for our parking spot since someone else was parked there. I believe the cleaning staff was still cleaning the room as we arrived as there were minor things left in the room from the previous guests.

"wonderful stay great location"

great place to stay located in beautiful flagler village in up and coming clean and safe neighborhood. this is in a small brand new construction concrete building with 6 lofts. building is safe and secure with parking right downstairs and then you take elevator or stairs up to second floor after a secure gate. very friendly maintenance staff on site who politely ask you what you need and provide extra toilet paper / washing machine pods / paper towel. property manager is friendly and available to text/call any time. apt has great ac, tv, wifi, small dishwasher that cleaned dishes perfectly, hot shower, washer dryer, comfy couch, huge beautiful table to do work, high ceiling. building has concrete / industrial feel but is extremely clean with custodial staff mopping stairwell and walkway daily. overall a great stay in a great neighborhood very close to sunrise and federal highway. also despite being in south florida - ZERO bugs. place is cleaned nicely throughout the day
