The Garden Hideaway, 2 bed home heart of the Town - Starlink Wi-Fi

Brilliant location only 5 minutes walk to the centre. Its on a very steep hill and a dead end road so you may want to walk up first to see if there is a free parking place, had to use a private driveway to turn around.Wasnt a problem as the car park is 5 minutes away and very cheap for the day. The apartment has wall heaters that you can turn on when you arrive. It's very clean 👌 a great overnight stay and very reasonable for 4 adults staying.

Very central location and lovely little property. Very comfy beds and very clean. The host was very easy to contact and it was very easy for us to access the property on arrival.

Very hard to find, no instructions and no signage on the street or the apartment itself, had to ask neighbours who were annoyed at being asked a number of times before. Frustrated with behaviour of hosts - received confirmation email for booking but then hosts didn't want a a single night booking so messaged to ask me to cancel, but emails went to junk and didn't see them. Despite not receiving a reply from me, hosts did not contact booking.com to call me to let me know booking was cancelled and then didn't respond to multiple texts and calls on check in day when I couldn't find property (presumably because they would have been liable to find alternative accommodation for me and pay the difference in price.) Very stressful and ruined first night away from baby! Full refund following complaint to booking.com. Be aware 'Garden Hideaway' (according to neighbour) does not have use of the garden, nor can you see into it from the apartment.
