La gentillesse et efficacité du personnel, la propreté ainsi que la situation géographique. La terrasse avec sa vue magnifique, le petit déjeuner avec un grand choix, les 2 belles piscines, la possibilité d’avoir un massage sur place.

Les joints de la parois de douche ainsi que la porte de celle ci qui ne ferme pas et donc on mouille l’extérieur pas agréable à la sortie surtout que le sol devient glissant.

The whole villa feels nice and I like the decoration, the staff is friendly, and the indoor pool was open to 23:00. Both the roof terrace and the pool in the basement is accessable from the elevator.

It’s a cozy, small hotel in which you can really find your peace. It’s beautifully designed, to literally every detail. It’s in a walking distance to the main attractions of the area, but it’s hidden away in side street which guaranties tranquility. But what’s the most important quality of the hotel is the staff - extremely friendly and helpful, also responsive before the arrival. We came to the hotel earlier and we could easily leave our luggage at the lobby, the same when we were leaving, our flight was very late and we could still use all the facilities after the check out. The AC in our room was initially not working - the room was immediately exchanged without any problems. Also, the breakfasts are great, kept simple but always with some original twist, we really enjoyed the food, especially when compared to the previous hotels we stayed in in Tunisia.
