Casa De Madera, A home from home.

The house was everything we could have asked for. We wanted a weekend away to disconnect from the world and that's exactly what we did. We didn't even visit the town nearby, we just stayed in the cottage cooking, chilling and playing with our little 2 year-old. The host provided a cool bus-shaped cot for him upon request. The kitchen was well equipped, as was the rest of the house. The closet in one of the bedrooms was full of toys and children's books. It was early April and the temperature was perfect. We'll come back for sure!

I just wish there was a path for hiking nearby, but the closest path is a road which, despite having barely any traffic, didn't feel safe for a stroll with our little boy. Plenty of local walkers, runners and cyclists use it though.

The quiet, surrounded by nature. Fully equipped, clean and spacious. Truly amazing!!

i fell in love with this house once I saw it on booking and i was not dissapointed at all. beautiful wooden log house with a yard, perfectly decorated interior, all the facilities needed, cozy and warm - pure pleasure to stay in. it was equipped with everything you need, ever with iron, lol, who could know that we would need an iron in our ecological stay. the pellet stove gives such a nice touch of cozy nice home giving comfort at the same time. there were lots of things for kids - toys, chair, tv channels. we had barbecue and my daughter even jumped inti the swimming pool although 7 degrees outside. Michelle was very helpful advising places to visit and to shop. She gave us a bottle of welcome vine and it was a really nice gesture. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. the bedrooms were so comfy to sleep and once again the decoration of the house with all these vintage and old details is totally precious. It also has wifi and youtbe on smart tv (once you want kids to sit in silence for 20 min). Besides I should say that the area is very quiet, so we enjoyed 100% silence (once the small one went to sleep) and it is a great place to relax and restart sitting on the porch, looking at the starts in the perfect silence or near the pellet stove enjoying this nice sound of the fire. Thanks a lot for such a perfect place and such a perfect stay.

I would say nothing, I am totally happy with everything but if i would need to mention something I would add a kettle to heat water, as I am a tea fan, so need a lot of hot water to be happy. But even without this small detail the place is gorgeous up to my taste.
