Duplex Idéal Vue Mer & Montagnes, à 5 min à Pied de la Plage

Es un dúplex y lo que más nos gustó fue el salón y la terraza. Muy amplio y luminoso. Tiene además un aseo en la planta de abajo. Los colchones muy cómodos. La piscina muy bien más grande de lo que parece en las fotos. Todo muy tranquilo y los vecinos muy amables y educados. Disponía de todo lo necesario de limpieza y lavado de ropa .

Solo funcionaba un ascensor nuevo y amplio Había otro pendiente de funcionamiento. No había toallas ni sábanas de cambio. El papel higiénico solo para los primeros días y no había gel de baño. La cafetera de cápsulas estaba estropeada. Esto por si se puede mejorar. En general todo muy bien

De ruimte, de locatie, vriendelijkheid van de mensen, zwembad. Zwembad is mooier in het echt dan op foto’s. Ik had ook beetje schrik van de lift, maar hier was nu een ingebouwde ventilator wat heel goed was. Mooie ruimte, ruime kamers

Lovely well appointed apartment with everything you could need & in centre of old town & main strip & few minute walk to beach . Nice restaurants nearby. Owner support & communication is excellent

I took four teenagers on holiday, all needing own space. The apartment had 2 floors and all the bedrooms were double rooms, and on the upper floor to the living area and kitchen. The apartment was really spacious and perfect for a big family. When the teenagers were downstairs watching the huge TV with Netflix, you did not hear them when upstairs. It was fully equipped with everything and had 2 of the bedrooms sharing a balcony which looked towards the sea . The location was central to both the old town, and new town. It was only 5 mins to the beach which you can see from the upper floors.

The lifts are really small and hot. Not ideal if claustrophobic. This is the building issue, not the apartment owner. There was nothing I did not like about the apartment
